Wow...what a jerk.

This guy upheld the decision to arrest a 12 year old girl who violated the "no food in the subway" rule because she was eating french fries. And this is the guy Bushie wants to have fill a vacancy in the Supreme Court!

This guy is apparently super smart. Received both his grad and undergrad from Harvard in a very short amount of time. He also managed to graduate at the top of each class. He has also had many cases in front of the Supreme Court so he knows how it works. However, he is replacing O'Connor who was the voice of reason on such large cases as Roe v. Wade (which he believes is wrong and if given the chance would probably help overturn).

IMO...this guy is full of Book Smarts and nothing else....(Except maybe BS)

He is a staunch conservative that could easily throw a vote in the conservaive direction. Just what we need. Someone who can open old wounds and divide the country even more than it is now.
